Functions of XM-18 temperature and humidity controller

XM-18 comes up with all the necessary functions that are required for effective running of egg incubators for good hatch rate. Main Functions are listed below:

1.       Heater 1 and Heater 2 for maintaining temperature

2.       Humidification Control

3.       Air Ventilation

4.       Over Temperature Exhaust

5.       Egg Rotation Right & Left

6.       Several Alarms

Heater 1 is the main heater that usually operate for maintaining the temperature in the set range. If the temperature goes below the range, usually due to opening the doors or Heater 1 failure, Heater 2 will start heating automatically. Ideal Temperature range is between 37.5 to 37.7C

Ideal Humidity range is between 55% to 60%

Hatcher day 19-21:

Ideal Temperature range is between 37.3 to 37.5C

Ideal Humidity range is between 65% to 70%
